Why Did We Wait?

In the passing church emphasis age, Christians often sought to serve God in the church out of a sense of duty. Their work may have seemed hard or costly but duty called and even demanded they give up what they wanted to do and pay the price to serve. Though it may hurt, the tithe of money and time was dutifully paid to the church system of their choice.

In portions of the charismatic church systems, it began to change from duty to serving for personal gain. Giving and serving became a means of getting more of this worlds goods for ourselves. For many, personal prosperity became the goal of giving and serving.

In the kingdom emphasis age, people are beginning to serve God from a heart of loving devotion. Circumventing religious systems and intimately relating to God is causing us to joyfully serve out of a deep sense of devotion. Because of our relationship of love, our greatest pleasure is to please Him. The price of losing all things even our lives seems well worth the cost when compared to the joy of pleasing our loving God.

Obedience flows from love. Obedience is a deep pure form of worship. Love is the strongest motivational force in the world. The kingdom of God from heaven on earth begins and ends with God’s love. Righteous obedience, powerful faith, perfect peace and everlasting joy all rest in the pure love of God. Looking back one must wonder why it has taken many of us so long to come to the reality of holy obedience through love.

Why Did We Wait?

This message is not for the holy remnant but from a holy remnant to the many religious and secular leaders and their multitudes of followers many of whom name the name of Jesus. The "we" in this word is used as one from among the religious that has come out and is looking back.

Why did we wait for God to move like He was not ready and willing for the world to be changed?

Why did we continue in the deceptions of religion that told us that we could not really be holy in our real lives?

Why were we so limited in the ways and works of God that we looked back on the first century disciples with worship like they were the only sent ones ever on earth?

Why did we allow ourselves to be convinced that there could not really again be men upon the earth who hear and speak the words and do the works of the Father?

Why did we allow the continued death grip of religious prisons to hold us in the control of deceived masters?

Do we really want to know why?

Because we loved our darkness. We relished our tasty morsels of sin. We had become weakened and foolish lovers of pleasure who had no capacity for the holy power and love of almighty God. A people worthy only to be ruled over by oppressors and unworthy of freedom. A people without clean conscious and without the capacity to prepare a place for the habitation of God. A corrupt people removing God from our lives and turning to the gods of pleasure and greed driven by lust and steeped in violence. Selling ourselves for nothing. Casting away our only potential for real holiness. Dishonoring the name and the glory of Almighty God who created and provided for His people to rule and reign on earth with Him. Clinging to the gods of games for our delights and significance of life and not delighting in Him.

What changed us, and what will change many to come out of the darkness of religion and secularism into the marvelous light of pure holy relationship with Holy God Almighty? What can bring forth truly holy men and women of God speaking the words and doing the works of God in the power of the Spirit?

2 Pet 1:21: for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.

Holy men and women of God speaking and doing again the mighty words and works of God will change the world.

Holy men and women are again coming forth on earth. Truly HOLY - completely set apart to God. People of God restored to the pre-fall state of oneness with God and who walk as sons of God in Christ Jesus on the earth, dead to sin but fully alive unto God. Men and women in whom there is no guile, no covetousness. Opened to God for the Holy Spirit to search out their insides and destroy everything remaining of the fall. People who live, walk and speak only what God is doing and saying.

The word of the prophet and the work of the apostle will again be holy on the earth. Holy men of God will speak as they are moved of the Holy Spirit. Their words shall not fall to the ground but shall accomplish the things for which God sent them.

The multitudes of people walking in the darkness of religion and secularism will not be healed by the words of the foolish prophets filled with covetousness and immoral character whose words fall to the ground and serve only to deceive those who follow. The unholy manipulate but cannot convert anyone to holiness. The masses are not moved toward holiness by their words.

What will reach the masses of people living in darkness who have no desire for God?

Two works of God are coming forth as a remnant of holy people of God arise and speak again the words of God in power and love that bring forth the MIRACLES and awesome supernatural works that shock and rock the minds of the people who are in darkness: first, the power of Christ that cannot be denied demonstrated before them by the HOLY remnant following the preaching of the truth.

The second work that will affect and turn the masses who sit in darkness is the extreme devastation and destruction of enemies given power over the nations who name the name of God.

Holy, Holy, Holy is our God! He will have a Holy people doing all things through Christ to bring forth the kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven.

I Can Do All Things.

Why did we in our pride and false humility continue to state that we could not do some things and that it is was up to God and we must wait for Him to do it?

Or why did we continue to think that we could do anything of value without God?

Why couldn’t we get it that God has given dominion on earth to mankind and works with and through His people?

Why did we defend the Bible as the Holy Word of God and not believe and obey what it says?

I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME (Phil 4:13).

Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father (John 14:12).

But Jesus looked at them and said to them, "With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible" (Mat 19:26).

Jesus said to him, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes" (Mark 9:23).

Jesus answered them, "I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in My Father’s name, they bear witness of Me. "But you do not believe, because you are not of My sheep, as I said to you. "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. (John 10:25-27)

Keep on pursuing love.
It never fails.
