Ebola kills so fast that there not enough time for an ill person to spread it very far.

Maybe Covid19 ist as deadly as Ebola but it takes more time to develop it's full force in the body.

People are getting tested for any coronavirus (which are widely spread) because they need to prolong the lockdowns and make them plausible.

The real disease, Covid19, is so deadly that it would induce panic all over the world if it's real dangerousness was known to the public.

Viruses mutate all the time. Usually they are getting more symbiotic and therefore less harmful for the infected person (look at highly adapted viruses like the Herpes Virus).

The dangerous and deadly HIV-Corona-Virus escaped out of the infamous bio-lab in Wuhan. The official numbers of infected people are only a measure to keep up the quarantines in order to prevent the spread of the "real" virus!
