Can't seem to solve my own cust srvc woes rite now, wouldn't mind lending you a good old fashioned "bitch out". Quoting: Anonymous Coward 43296838 I probably shouldn't say. But it's named after a Warner Brothers character of the chicken variety. Arkansas, USA Ok. I like the part where the guy pushing the mop bucket falls and the mop bucket tips over too. He must have been 1000x more pissed after that. Haha, yeah. Actually, I synched the mashup I made (Eminem x Aerosmith) to have the lyrics, "Spazmatic..." match up with him falling with the mop. It took a while to do, but when I'm really angry I will spend the time to bring my vision to fruition ~Wharf Rat |

Slick as snot! Tried to put all weather rug over it - looked crappy. Would cost to much $$ to replace - so after a little research - they make spray cans of grip coating that can be applied over slick surfaces. Problem solved for little dollars - this guy needs to look into that quick!! Also looks like the slick spot is the transition from the kitchen to the dining room - if your kitchen floor is grease alley - servers track that into the dining room. |

I have been a waiter and my old folks owned a restaurant for over 20 years so I know how hard it can be, and I also agree is fulfilling in many ways in spite of the many downsides. Quoting: Rorschach Watchmen What was the wage for a server and bartender? All due respect received Cooks = When *I* started, it was state min wage (7.25/hr) I ended up getting 7 raises in a row, making 11.25 until 3 weeks ago when I was "laid off" Arkansas (my state) raised min wage to $10/hr starting Jan 1st, 2020, which is what they hired new cooks at, as of last month, before we closed Servers and bartenders make $1.25 or maybe $2.25 an hour, I forget. NOT MUCH, actually, when you consider the "lunch shift" waitresses sometimes have ZERO customers, and it's all they can do to ask for Weekend shifts to try to make up for it. All I know, is my mamangers make $35,000 a year, while my co-workers (and myself) do much of the hard work, and get paid peanuts. Meanwhile our former "owner" is a drunk, and a millionaire many times over. If you're familiar with Wharf Rat, you'll understand why there no way in Heaven that I'm going to return for fucking minimum wage. Sorry for the cussing, but this is a Life-or-Death situation, and the employer to whom I was loyal for YEARS is handing me Death. Thanks.... for nothing, J--f H----s ~Wharf Rat |
