Simply put, this was THE BEST information put out since this whole nightmare started. I already knew what this was all about, told my fiance' from the beginning that this was a deep state move to take back control, but she wasn't sure what to really believe...after watching this vid with me, and listening to a credible source saying the same thing she became totally convinced.

40,000iu/day is pretty much the max anyone should be dosing, 50,000iu is pushing it and could definitely cause build up to eventual toxicity depending on activity levels and fat to body mass.

My immune system was severely damaged two years ago after having to endure 6 major surgeries in a short period of time, along with a long sedentary recuperative period at home with a laundry list of prescribed poisons that truly and literally almost killed me. Personally, I think his protocols make sense. My own approach is similar for myself - category 4. They're not absolute and can be variable based on availability of materials.

Note that he mentions iodine as an important element in optimizing the immune system. This was known in the 1800's and is even more important today due to the stupid fluoridation/contamination of our water. There was an intense campaign during the 1950's and onward to discredit iodine, and it's been removed from bread dough(replace with bromine which competitively inhibits iodine!).

Q: On the document linked above, he mentions taking large amounts of Vitamin A and Vitamin D for 2 days. What does "2 days" mean? 2 days per week? 2 days in a row one time, then lower dose to regular dose?? 2 days in a row, then stop forever?

Lower in the document it says 2 day per month, as maintenance. So must be take the high doses for 2 days, once a month.....??
