Ear surgery? I've had 2. Cholesteatoma removal. If something like that isnt treated, it could go to the brain. Then theres the continual yearly follow ups for cleaning and debridement of the mastoid. Which now I cant have done. Let's pray I don't get an infection. I put off my last visit a while, and the doc was this close to setting me up for surgery cause he almost couldn't get to it all in the office. Thankfully he was able to clean it all out. He said to come back in March. So much for that!!

Nobody can get "elective" surgery. Do you know how much health care falls under that term? If you're in agony with a a joint problem; you need eye surgery to see or ear surgery to hear; therapy or surgery for a serious back problem - YOU AREN'T GOING TO BE ABLE TO GET IT! Even cancer patients are being told they have to have wait for surgeries. This is Zeke Emmanuel's Obamacare care curve thing where the very young and middle aged and up get no care care other than "wellcare" (vaccines and a physical) and all care is focused on working taxpayers. I have witnessed what you've said about the feminization. My internist who retired had two male partners. They were all American, of course. When they all retired, three women replaced them and I knew they had to be in medicine because of affirmative action, immigration and social engineering.

I agree with you about medicine killing so many people, especially when it comes to chronic aliments and terminal diseases. However, when it comes to emergency, trauma and short term critical care, you need physicians. Right now I have a hole in one eardrum and need surgery to repair it. That takes an ENT surgeon. I'm not convinced I'll ever be able to get it done, now. You break bones and you need an orthopedic doc. You have an eye problem you need an ophthalmologist. I'm also worried about dentists. I don't know if they're still working and, man, when you need one you NEED one. I'm sure you know what I mean.
