I was just watching the Gov of Kentucky on youtube, his sign language lady looked like she was 400 pounds. And if you watch them, I dont care what anybody says, they are waving their hands around the same way over and over and it is fucking distracting. Closed Caption should be fine, in fact I bet it is more precise than sign language.

Some use ASL only. Parents are given the choice what their child will be taught. You can pick ASL, English, Both. CC always fucks something up.
