It was in the series „The 100“!

A.L.I.E. was an artificial intelligence that had a hologram (HoloLens2?) modeled after the scientist who created the AI. This AI deployed the nuclear weapons which destroyed the earth‘s habitat. forcing most humans to „escape“ to a space station.

Now, the clothing, the movement and the speech of this AI‘s hologram is eerily similar to how this evil witch appears in the (since removed) Microsoft ad
