Fredo came down with the Chink Virus and his brother Fredo-The-Elder had banned Hydroxychloroquine because President Trump said it showed promise.
Fredo begged his brother to let him have the MIRACLE DRUG COCKTAIL and Fredo-The-Elder finally relented.
Now Fredo is recovering and owes President Trump the remainder of his miserable existence.
