Why do we allow bio-labs in the first place?

We'd still have some pretty severe diseases if vaccines hadn't been made in them labs and them diseases more or less eradicated. But that being said, the sort of "military" lab that we often see in the movies.. there should be none of that.

Many people here including myself can see that IF this China lab stuff is true, and can be proven, then China will be sued and China will owe a debt to all countries effected to the tune of around 30 trillion dollars. (My guess)

China might be done financially, forever.

Will other countries risk ending their economies forever because a single person didn't follow the rules?
