I'm going to have to go through the settings but i think it takes the emails and compiles that info. However, one in particular is strange because they do not communicate with me via email.

I needed to change my card for my phone autopay. I deleted the card that was in there which I am closing out soon. I clicked on VISA to put in a new card and it auto-filled out the spaces. I guess I must have used that card before to buy a phone or pay a month's bill. I was like, WTH???

I typed it in and it said "no matching bills found in Gmail" so
I'm assuming it searches through your gmail somehow, especially through chrome if you're signed in. Google tracks all !

I didn't find anything personal, but there is a google app that tracks your bills. Maybe it came on your phone or computer or whatever you're using.

Well it might seem funny but I'm going to switch bills to my hotmail email since they aren't affiliated directly with the web browser, dialer, email and all other apps and I'm gonna go through and lock down permissions.

I remember the horror years ago when they were tracking my travel history. I keep my phone in airplane mode and off most of the time when traveling now.

That's what Microsoft did a few years ago with the hotmail service in combing through all emails. Afterwards, they called it a feature. At the time there was no way to remove that "feature" unless you went in and deleted all related emails AND removed their "feature" from a monthly calendar...day by day and "feature" notification by "feature" notification.
