Up at sunrise every day. Head into my butcher shop. Start making the sausage. My buisness has more than doubled and I could not be more loud to be a butcher. Hate to say it but besides not being able to get my coffee this is the most satisfied I have been at my job performance and productively. Just super tired all the time which helps me deal with the stress and uncertainty. I see the cracks in the supply chain happening.
