I'm a month in and still working through my stock of expired discount goods that I got for pennies on the dollar. In future I think it'll be best to try to eat not a lot at first then eat more later in the month.Try to save some to shore up the next months rations, which are the same as the previous month. yeh I'm gonna use some of the soup as sauce for the pasta, so thats 4 meals from two cans of soup. |

No frozen? No potatoes? No flour? If you had to you could live off roti - give you all the calories you need - you can take vitamins or eat them with something. roti - flour water salt. |
