So my daughter just called me

within the last week and a half she has bumped into two people with suicidal thoughts

one was a friend and the other one was a student both of these young adults are pretty much losing grasp on reality

Both of them suicidal she had to get them help I asked about the one today I said what was his worries?

She said that he’s worried about the war in Russia he’s worried about everything going on in the world he’s worried about global warming he said what’s the point of living we won’t be here soon.

Well she just called me again and she was speaking with someone

I don’t know who this guy was someone she had a report to at the school turns out he also had to do the same thing today with another student so it seems like its yeah a problem

I had a guy at work spontaneously tell me about his gut/bowel/constipation issues...

I'm pretty sure it was uninvited but I did go to the mirror and look to see if I had a "tell me I can't shit" look on my face or something.

These days when they find out that you are sad They just pump you full of drugs and these drugs make you more fucked up and make you wanna kill yourself even more

i’m sure you guys might know someone who’s on antidepressants and if they screw around with their prescription they are suicidal


The best thing I think you can do when someone is feeling like that is just to let them talk talk talk talk until they can’t talk anymore so they get it out of their system
