Just lost my aunt to covid19. She ended up with neurological damage

She ended up with neurological damage She did have underlying health conditions. She was on dialysis. She originally went to hospital because a tube had burst her bowl. From there she detriated and went into a semi coma. The doctors then found a shadow on her lung and done a swab test. Some where in between this her brain started to have a series of mini fit's. She ended up with brain damage which the doctors and have directly related to covid19 as was the shadow on her lung. The family are devastated. No one could see her as this was happening. Apparently she is a very rare case to have this neurological damage as a result of covid19.

She ended up with neurological damage It doesn't add up. It took 2 ambulances to take her to hospital, she was fighting that much. Then in literally a few days she went from that into a semi coma and had brain damage. That wasn't even what she went to hospital with.

A daughter and her husband caught it and came through fairly easily with no problems. My big sister is fighting it right now, but she said that forcing herself to do breathing exercises and getting our of bed and moving around the house has helped a great deal. Hope she doesn't end up with any lasting effects. She said the worst thing was sleeping sitting up for two nights because she couldn't breathe (which basically meant no sleep for two nights). The nights seem to be the worst - my daughter said that, too.

Dialysis means she was already down that hill and there wasn’t going to be an up. I recently lost my mother, similar except she got flu type A then pneumonia. She wasn’t going to survive all the issues BEFORE the flu. There is more after this, a new beginning. They are disease free now

She is seeing lots of covid with both kidney damage and resulting neurological deficits. Those were the two things she stated she was seeing in a message where she said DO NOT GET THIS VIRUS! Her nurse got it weeks ago and now has seizures. I am very sorry for your family's loss.

Quoting: betta02 Maybe it's to much time on here but until this happened to my aunt, I was and still am under the opinion this is looking like a push for New World Order. She's been on dialysis for a fair few years and seemed to be doing OK. None of the people she lives with have any symptoms regarding covid19. I understand that the tube in the bowel is bound to cause poisoning but that's what the initial problem was. It had nothing to do with covid19
