Will China use NK as proxy to attack the United States?

I read out there that there are contingency plans between the US and South Korea to intervene in North Korea in the absence of a commander and fighting for succession between factions of the KPA.

Let's not forget that North Korea has dozens of nuclear weapons and thousands of tons of chemical and biological weapons, in addition to all the human personnel that researches and produces them.

Sorry, but an attack by North Korea should be treated as an attack by China, not distinguishable, with full blame falling on China, and the same response as if it was China who pulled the trigger.

Well, NK borders with China; the majority of the Hermit state’s bases are deep underground, therefore it’s entirely possible NK and China have tunnel systems entering each others territory’s - sane with Russia. It is also probable that the Chinese and Russians are supplying them with nuke materials via these tunnels.
