Rabbi shows "Torah Code" calling for Asteroid strike 4/29/20.
I'm not a big fan of Bible codes, but this Rabbi makes a pretty compelling case:

I know what NASA is saying about 1998 OR 2, but could they be lying, OR...could another asteroid, as-of-yet undiscovered, hit us instead??

...and I am not saying 1998 OR 2 will hit, so, no need for the usually debunkers. I share the belief this is probably nothing, but still wanted to get it out there, because it IS interesting as HECK...right down to the anniversary of Israel's Independence TO THE DAY, and just after the 70 years were completed.

Re: Rabbi shows "Torah Code" calling for Asteroid strike 4/29/20.
...and we do have this quote within a thread here (whose major premise I KNOW is wrong, but this quote isn't):

"Re: THEY DID DISTANCE ADJUSTMENT ON APRIL 29TH ASTEROID!!! RED MEGA ALERT!!!"

"Now under 40,000 miles there is a capture velocity required to effect orbit, based on previous data we can make some guesses but given our unique celestial situation this year and the fact we have no hard data on an object of this magnitude transiting during this rare cosmic landscape, you could say that "all bets are off". I have spoken with several colleagues who have voiced similar hypotheses but chosen to clam up for their own safety."

The quote is wrong. Looks like there is a reason for me to post on this thread after all. Despite your claims that I don't need to be here. The gravity of Earth is accounted for, all bets are not off, and the asteroid is not coming anywhere near 40,000 miles to Earth. You tried to suggest that NASA could be lying about 1998 OR2 but the fact of the matter is they're not the only ones tracking it. I have independently determined the orbit and I have independently verified the close approach distance of 16.4 LD.

..still leaves the possibility of a yet-unseen asteroid to be on the way. They pass us and are tracked AFTER passing, all the time.

That is always possible. Keep your theorizing there. Do not promote the false claim that the close approach distance of 1998 OR2 changed. I've already got enough of a headache dealing with people who think I was proven wrong by that. I spent weeks tracking the asteroid with my own telescope and I verified the close approach distance. It did not change. Of course since I published that before these claims were made, now people think I have been proven to be lying. So yes I'm going to stamp that out everywhere I find it, it destroys my credibility.

I am not promoting that, and have said so repeatedly. I am not convinced that if any object passes within 40,000 miles WHICH HAS NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY TRACKED (i.e. the interesting part of that quote--to me anyway) could not be drawn into an otherwise unpredicted collision course, especially if smaller than 1998 OR 2.

Can you offer anything on forced orbital adjustments on smaller NEOs based on Earth's gravitation, Astro?

TIA...

Those words, and Wednesday's EXACT DATE are all on that single page of the Torah. Again, I am only posting as a curiosity, NOT BECAUSE I BELIEVE IN ANY GUARANTEED IMPACT on the 29th.

That's what we do here...look at interesting stuff, and discuss it.

Compelling case?

Guy can barely string two thoughts together. He sounds wasted.

An Israeli accent doesn't make him a Rabbi. There is zero biblical evidence in that blathering drunks video.

Dont make stupid threads.

Earth's gravity is accounted for in every close approaching asteroid. That's standard procedure. and yes you tried to promote that bullshit thread that claimed the close approach distance changed.

Thanks, OK..so all KNOWN asteroids are already Earth-gravity adjusted. Excellent info, as always, Astro.

No I did NOT. I clearly stated in the OP that the major premise of that other thread is WRONG.

What page is that? What scripture exactly?

He doesn't say. You dont seem to know.

You know what's disrespectful? Fear mongering in G_ds name, when we have an astronomy expert right here in this thread calling BS on the idea that asteroid 1996 is going to come anywhere near hitting earth.

Let's revisit this on Thursday after nothing has happened.
