This I would completely believe for a variety of reasons. As a former CIA head, I would believe literally anything of Pompeo, another terrible pick by Trump.

And November is when the "epidemic" started in Wuhan after the Wuhan Military Games so it is certainly reasonable that Pompeo would have known early enough to warn Israel. Even the Pope was warned on NYE when he slapped that Chinese woman - which was still a month earlier than Trump put in the travel ban.

I could certainly believe this was concocted as a bioweapon against China in Ft Detrick and deployed as a weapon at the Wuhan Military Games on 10/18 - the same day as Bill Gates Event 201 about a corona virus epidemic. I have absolutely no problem with that scenario as our country has frequently been an aggressor against other countries, like Iraq most recently.

People have no idea but our country routinely issues billions of dollars of grant moneys to hospitals, labs, research centers, universities - apparently some foreign. I used to administer grants from NSF, NASA, ONR, NIAID, etc. In fact, one of the things I would most like to see our government do is.....STOP FUNDING PRIVATE RESEARCH in these places. Much of this money is WASTED.
