He’s not going to DC. He’s still climbing, dumbass. Hoist is the callsign of a USAF air to air refueling tanker. There are innumerable reasons tankers tank fuel. It’s what they do. It could be a deployment, it could be training. Every military pilot that flies a jet capable of air-to-air refueling has to do it several times per year to retain currency so they can do it if and when needed in combat. It happens every fucking day. I don't disagree. 4 in a flight and pretty tight? The only time I have seen that is in combat
