Message Subject Why the Rapture may be sooner than many people think.
Poster Handle Servant-of-the-LORD
Post Content
This post is for anyone who does not know what the Rapture is.
The subject is controversial.
Many do not believe in it. Or, question the timing of it.
Some believe that the rapture/harpazo is very, very soon.

Harpazo; to seize or catch. Take by force. Caught up.
Ecstatic joy, bliss.
Rapture is a state or experience of being carried away.
Caught up to meet the Lord in the AIR.

Paul had that experience of being caught-up into the Third Heaven.
Philip was caught-up in The Spirit near Gaza when he was suddenly taken to Caesarea.
Enoch and Elijah were both taken this way. Translated and taken up.
John was taken to Heaven and given The Revelation of Jesus Christ.
How did John get to Heaven? He was caught-up.

1Thess. 4:17 uses the term, "...caught up together ... to meet the Lord in the AIR... "

The word AIR in greek is numa.
The word AIR in Hebrew its ruach.
The word air means spirit or as the wind blows.
A breath. Like how God breathed life into Adam.
So, being caught up is the actual BREATH of GOD.
Being IN HIS SPIRIT.
Meeting the Lord in the cloud is His gathering place before going to The Father's House.

If you can understand that God has life-giving breath, then you might understand how completely flabbergasting it is when God SPEAKS. The power! The immensity!
Revelation 19:9
"Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of The Lamb."

Compare what Paul says to what Jesus says in these passages.

1 Thessalonians 4

14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.

15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Notice that Verse 16 is pretty much EXACTLY what Jesus says in the Gospel descriptions.

Then notice how Paul's above verses 15 & 17 match....

Matthew 24:13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Mark 13:13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Revelation 2:26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:
