Everyone tests positive for coronavirus.

So what?

What COVID-19 which hasn't been isolated and cannot bet tested?

Very true

That is absolutely false!

The level of ignorance shown by the people that believes one of the many sorts of lunacies that have been said in this thread is downright scary.

I don’t know where to begin but will start by the “virus don’t exist” guys.

Your idol Dr. Kaufman is absolutely wrong, Exosomes are a normal functioning regulating and developmental mechanism of all Organisms with tissue differentiation and some sort of circulatory system. And this is exactly what viruses have mimicked to be able to infect healthy cells. Viruses look like Exosomes because they mimic Exosomes, not because they are Exosomes!!!! Exosomes do contain micro RNA, but that genetic material is belonging and beneficial to the organism that is creating the Exosomes. The RNA contained in viruses Exosome like particles is absolutely foreign and harmful, and has nothing to do with the micro RNAs that belong to the organism that the viruses can infect. So please, educate yourselves and stop the “there are no viruses” crap!!!

Now, for the “we all test positive to the coronavirus” flavor of Moran, please understand how dumb you sound. Coronaviridae is a huge family of morphologically related viruses but each one is different. The only closely related coronavirus to the SARS CoV2 is SARS (now Called SARS CoV1 to be able to differentiate them). But even these two are perfectly distinguishable by a PCR test. So, only people that has been exposed and is harboring viral particles should give positive to a SARS CoV2 PCR test. Now, for the antibody based tests, that to my best knowledge are not being used to detect the virus but are indeed being used to assess if someone that has not symptoms might have had a viral infection, I have to add the caveat that I don’t know if antibodies tests are as specific as they should be, because I don’t know if during the development of the antibodies tests there was any phase of testing for cross positive reactions with other coronaviruses. I have taken part on research for antibodies for tests creation (in my case was for a specific spider bite that is very life threatening) and cross reaction with related proteins in other spider venoms is always a concern, as it should be the same concern for any antibody test, because one never knows what part of the agent one wants to detect is the part that the antibodies bind to, but this is a lengthy process, and these tests were taken to market so quickly that I think there was an assumption that the predominant coronavirus would be the SARS CoV2 and cross positive reactions were not considered. That’s why, while PCR tests are much prone to give false negatives, but no false positives, due to improper sampling (it is known the only sampling place that finds all infected people is a rectal swab), antibody tests that have not been FDA approved might have the problem of giving a number of false positives due to insufficiently researches cross positive reactions with other coronaviruses.
