So... most of the time... were stuck feeling worried or afraid of a lot of things... problems that seem endless...

maybe its grey-hair or stress thats unavoidable. Or a physical injury.

Let's say you bashed your leg really hard and its black and blue...

That creates a secondary stress. you can become so "afraid" of the problem... avoiding touching anything at all...

Avoiding bumping into anything...

Especially for emotional damages, its really severe. Like all the "snowflakes" who want to eliminate anything slightly mean or rude even.

But actually all the things you were avoiding, some of it was needed even.

Just because your leg is black and blue... and you need to avoid bumping it... to let it heal. Doesn't mean that a healthy leg SHOULDN'T be bumped slightly into things all the time... walls, floors, chairs, whatever.

You could try replicating ordinary bumps... just tap that bruise gently...

Make (gentle) jokes about the things that upset you... (for emotional bruises)

Releive the stress of avoiding things and treating yourself like your made out of glass...

Or else you'll never know what it means to become normal again...
