You will need an alternative vehicle powered by solar, electric and gas all together, or choose a room to live in your house, wherever, and prep that. A small vehicle or one room will be nice because you'll be able to use AC. In an entire house in a survival situation that might use to much power.

Good. I am glad there is some congressional involvement here. However, I am not just talking about involvement. I am saying that the Congress should have acted with a piece of legislation that did what the President did, at the very latest right after September 11th, 2001. Instead, post September 11th is really when they allowed most everything to be outsourced to China. When poisoned products were coming in from China around 2007-2008, that should have been the next clue.
