There are three questions that are being conflated:

1. Is Q a real military intelligence dissemination program?
2. Is Q a good thing (legitimate patriot platform) or bad thing (psyop)?
3. What are the positive and negative effects of the QAnon movement?

I would think the absolute worst case scenario would be a psyop where the Q horde were tracked and rounded up for FEMA camps, and an absolute best case -- where JFK Jr. returned as DJT's VP, there were mass arrests for cabal pawns in Hollywood, Big Tech, Big Pharma, government, financial services industry, etc. followed by military tribunals, a truth movement, and suppressed technologies/financial freedom.

1. It's someone who definitely has access to mass surveillance tech.

2. Likely a psyop at this point, so a bad thing

3. Positive - Identify the enemy
Negative - Pacification, promises of justice that never come, hurry up and wait, could be honey pot, wastes time with cryptic riddles
