I'm a restaurant owner,they have 5 minute corona virus test. how do I get one so I can test customers and open up my fucking business already

I am afraid sit down restaurants may be no more. Knock out a wall and put in a drive thru. Our dairy queen here will have sales equaling sales from two years prior because of this. Every day, they are creating a traffic hazzard because drive thru traffic is spilling onto the highway. Never seen anything like it.

On what legal authority do you have to test me and what would you be required to do with the information? if say I had a false positive test...I'd be in 14 lockdown for going to eat at your establishment...I would imagine you would have lawsuits against you...this is a slippery slope.

We were debating taking temperatures where I work I'm totally against it, there is lots of reasons someone has a temperature from exercising, to women's time of the month and other non covid infections..are we then going to alert health officials to quarentine people until they are tested? This means you will be liable for there loss of earnings fuck that, opening you to lawsuits..its totally unworkable.
