But Militias are organized and there is a chain of command. These two guys in a pick up with guns probably weren't deputized and thus had no authority to patrol and that's the issue.

If we want to patrol our own streets and be able to shoot people on sight then we have to have credentials. So call your local Sheriff's department and get prepared because this whole thing might spark street fights, Civil War.

It appears he was on probation for juvenile offenses; since it starts with an arrest for PROBATION VIOLATION when he was 22.75 years old in 2017.

This may have been probation for the "I went to a high school football game at 19 years old with a gun" thing.

Naturally, he couldn't keep his nose clean...and...

On 4 January 2018, he was arrested by the BRUNSWICK PROBATION OFFICE for PROBATION VIOLATION (WHEN PROBATION TERMS ARE ALTERED) FOR FINGERPRINTABLE CHARGE under Statute 42-8-38 GA (State Offense Code 5005) and charged with a felony.

He was convicted of that on 16 February 2018.

When he was in high school, Arbery was sentenced to five years probation as a first offender on charges of carrying a weapon on campus and several counts of obstructing a law enforcement officer. He was convicted of probation violation in 2018 after he was charged with shoplifting, court documents show.

And, in 2020, with cell phone cameras, his family is using his tuxedo-high school-grad photo, for a 25 year old man......

According to the video, all the black man was doing was running down the street. If the two guys that shot him had enough time to grab their guns and hop in the truck, they had enough time to call the cops if the black guy committed some other crime we don’t know about prior to the shooting.

This was an unprovoked shooting and they should have been arrested.
