nobody cares what happens on a tiny piece of rock in the middle of the ocean, thats why the politicians there act so irrationally and without care for the Constitution or any semblance of logic.

I fail to see where a Hawaiian district judge has any jurisdiction, and even if he did, what part of double jeopardy does he even understand?

The presiding judge MUST approve the exoneration for it to be legal. The HawIan judge doesn’t have the final say.

His ruling has no force and his courtroom has not standing in the case.
