Corona, Descolada... string theory, philotes... and piggies

all of this virus stuff reminded me of something I read in a book a long time ago....

So I've gone back to re-read the Enders Game series. Particularly looking for the gems about physics and meta-physics in the 'Speaker for the Dead' and 'Xenocide' arc.

Has anyone read these?

As a kid it was just good sci-fi... but as I've gotten older and looked into the true nature of our reality, some of the craziest parts of those books seem more true than not...

Points of consideration...

Child abuse and torture raise children to fight a government declared enemy (who turns out not to be an enemy)

'Killer' virus discovered to be an engineered 'teraforming' tool... virus gets in everything, changes DNA for forced evolution...

Prison planets... entire planets whose population has been genetically afflicted with OCD, and built a fake religious and class system based on it...

'Philotes' invisible particles that act as 'strings' bind and twine all things... can be split and vibrated for instant communication across the universe...

Philotes also have a desire to live and can be 'called' into this realm to bind and hold physical form....



There's a lot more and... I dunno...

Like I said... just looking for the true nature of our reality and the whole plot of 'Speaker' 'Xenocide' and 'Children of the Mind' feels like something Reptiliandude said a while back about 'fractal children' and 'speaking in real time' and reads like some hidden alternate history of our actual universe...

Hopefully someone will be intrigued by this as I was... and this can be an 'exchange of currency'...
