You can. It takes some effort but definitely can be done. People also do not age there.

I have phased into that dimension looking like completely different people a few times. It was bizarre and I am not sure why it happened. it may have been a Glitch of some sort.

I have made money appear in my pocket there by mentally making it happen. They actually use money there. I did it to gain entry in a bar/nightclub establishment.
