RFID can, theoretically target an individual for delivery of any beam riding ordnance.
You could literally have a shell or other weapon dropped on you from space.

The ultimate goal of tracking your every move is to control you, and failing that, or deciding you are an inconvenience to those in charge anywhere on the planet, destroying you anywhere you think you could hide without anyone leaving a trace or requiring anyone to be within miles of you.

Bingo. Plus a nano-sized chip to be injected with the vaccine won't work as no one has yet developed a fully functioning RFID chip on a nanometre scale. Besides, once it's injected, it will go deep into the body and be too deeply lodged to be readable.
