Also a picture a cheap easy dropper that facilitates the citric acid measuring. Please let me know if there's any mistakes. MMS Dosage Chart: [link to www.geocities.com] VonChillis |

VonChillis User ID: 308501 United States 12/16/2007 04:00 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hi Arrow, I looked at JH's 2nd book on page 3. I've also checked some on-line places. The "Drop" varies from 15 to 22 drops per mL. I just posted it as JH printed in his book. You could be right, I'll check some more. I guess I should put say that the chart references that particular dropper. Thx Vonchillis Quote from JH book #2 page 3 Drops in a Teaspoon: A level teaspoon of lemon juice or 10% citric acid solution is about 80 drops. So a quarter teaspoon is 20 drops. A little too much lemon juice or citric acid makes no difference at all. Just don’t get too little or you get poor results. On the other hand, a little too much MMS can make you sick so always count the drops for MMS. |

Arrow User ID: 305837 United States 12/16/2007 08:38 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | For drops I've been using the standard MMS bottle with white cap. I redid it. I can eek in 12 drops but it bulges on the top. So I say 10 drops per quarter teaspoon. I checked my measuring spoon and it is identical to my other measuring spoon. |
Arrow User ID: 305837 United States 12/16/2007 08:41 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hi downunder, I recently read a testimonial for cure for prostatitis. Jim does not recommend higher dosage but I have read a few where people have gone up to 60 and more drops. I could not say if this is advisable. If it were me I'd stick with the dosage you are doing for a few weeks and see what happens. Some people say they get better results when they add paradophillus. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 76936 United States 12/16/2007 08:45 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I got up to 15 drops once a day (no way I could drink that stuff 3x a day!) but now I can't go near it. The smell all of a sudden makes me feel ill. I've been using lemon juice as the citric. Any way to make this stuff more palatable? |

VonChillis User ID: 308501 United States 12/16/2007 11:42 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Arrow, Hmmm... This goes back to an earlier post I made. Sometimes JH's procedures are confusing. I did the same as you with the bottle dropper and got your results also. Now I'm confused. This would suggest maybe JH was using several standards to model from. My conversion chart shows a mL to equal 15.41963 standard drops and a teaspoon is equal to 76.00215 standard drops. I think one thing is certain, a teaspoon is a teaspoon but a drop varies. To error on the safe side, as Mr Humble states, more is better, less makes for poor results. The chart I made would use more acetic acid which is okay I guess. Thanks for checking. VonChillis |
VonChillis User ID: 308501 United States 12/17/2007 12:09 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hey Arrow! I just learned something. I did not know there were several different teaspoons and drops. 1 tsp (USA) = .8327 tsp (UK) 1 drop (metric) = 1.64297 drop (USA) 1 drop (metric) = .50681 drop (UK) 20 drop (metric) = 1 mL I think JH was using metric drops but I don't know which teaspoons he's using. Ron Moser User ID: 341461 United States 12/17/2007 03:05 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | My wife and I have been taking MMS a little over two weeks. My wife has had the most dramatic results so far. We have tried to increase the drops of MMS but have had the typical reaction because of our health. We are hovering around 10 to 15 drops a day until we can increase without too much discomfort. I agree that we should go at whatever pace is best on an individual basis. So far my wifes sinuses have cleared up, her teeth and gums are without pain for the first time in years. We both have a singing voice in December, which we have not had for 6 years. An altogether feeling of well being that is hard to discribe with an expectation of more and better to come. I am waiting for the day that my tinitus clears up. I have heard someone on MMS say that theirs went away. I am 62 and my wife is 58. I hope to have more to add soon. |

Quoting: Farmgirl 307690MMS is a 28% solution of sodium chlorite, which, when mixed with acetic or citric acid, produces chlorine dioxide. Read Jim Humble's FREE ebook at his website, www.miraclemineral.org This is only bleach, There are no minerals. Easy to research. Good luck |
