#OBAMAGATE is trending, yet Twitter will almost only show you tweets "debunking" it

Twitter has changed strategy. Instead of trying to hide #OBAMAGATE from its trending page, it instead almost exclusively show you tweets by hard leftists trying to debunk the scandal.

Pretty pathetic, if we are to trust Twitter, #OBAMAGATE is only trending because people are tweeting so much debunking posts.
