She has been stating for a several weeks that a withdrawal in the Spring would be announced soon. Bush obviously wants to limit the scope of it, but even he knows it's become inevitable.

These people do hold grudges and seek revenge, as witnessed the grudges they hold against thier fellow Arabs, from different sects, that has been ongoing for centuries.

As far as a withdrawl plan, they are only going back to the pre-surge numbers. There will not be a total withdrawal from Iraq. American troops will be guarding the oil supplies until they run out. Then, the troops will be brought home. The U.S. military is only being used as the security force for multi-national corporations and the strong-arm force for pushing through what power hungry, greedy politicians want from other countries.
