Trump loves the deep state deep down and just feels like a spurned chick who didn't receive "The D" from her prom date as he turned his nose up. That us why he is always slamming them. I've seen women just like that for years. Any guy she likes who turns them down she berates and belittles and attacks not because she doesn't like him but because she loves him and wants it all. The deep state is trumps first love. He has made it abundantly clear by saying one thing and doing another. He wants to spy and he wants those goodies (the D). |

Someone in the CFR is telling the talking heads to say the complete opposite of how this bill went and it is working. Quoting: samOmighty Over the weekend someone posted a thread about this very same thing and nobody on here read the bill and commented on it based on what the media was saying. The bill says: "Statement of Purpose: To remove internet website browsing information and search history from scope of authority to access certain business records for foreign intelligence and international terrorism investigations." And the 'Yea' votes won. So all the people who voted 'NO' needs a serious double take when it comes time to voting for them again. Feinstein (D-CA) voted NO! Graham (R-SC) voted NO! How is it that Graham is voting the same way as Feinstein? Why does Graham want to remove the extra protections this bill provides against the Secret State infringing on our constitutional right? I mean, I get Feinstein voting NO as she is a power hungry bitch but there were a LOT of (R) that voted NO! lindsey Graham is a democrat always has been Evil controls the ignorant... Climate change is a hoax so is the vax you have been fear-porned into compliance! They can do whatever they like. Corruption is flourishing. MUCH easier to hold people accountable when population and government is smaller and simpler to track. Governance fails when populations get too big. |

Apparently, the true divide in Washington is not between Democrat and Republican, but those for or against the police state. The US Senate met on Wednesday to debate the reauthorization of some provisions of the USA Freedom Act, an expansive domestic surveillance bill that expired in March. As Majority Leader Mitch McConnell brought the Act to the floor, a bipartisan group of lawmakers introduced an amendment that would explicitly bar law enforcement from snooping on Americans’ internet browsing and search histories without a warrant. Prior to the vote, McConnell had urged his colleagues to reject the amendment. When votes were cast on Wednesday, ten Democratic senators heeded McConnell’s words, bringing the final vote to 59 Yeas and 37 Nays. One more positive vote would have given the amendment the three-fifths majority it needed to pass. Yet surveillance is not a partisan issue. As often as Democrats are presented as the party of civil liberties and Republicans as the party of the ‘forever war’, the fault line isn’t between red and blue. While McConnell brought the Freedom Act before the Senate this week, it passed the Democrat-controlled House by 278-136 in March, completely free of any restricting amendments. Moreover, the reauthorization was sponsored by Reps. Jerry Nadler (New York) and Adam Schiff (California), two Democrats who have disagreed with McConnell on almost everything, except the expansion of the surveillance state. Among the Democrats who shot down the amendment was Dianne Feinsten (California), who has flip-flopped on surveillance throughout her three decades on Capitol Hill. Feinstein voted to extend the 9/11-era Patriot Act in 2012, and was a staunch defender of the National Security Agency’s warrantless wiretapping program, even after it was exposed by whistleblower Edward Snowden who she described as a “traitor” in 2013. They almost voted in favor of American citizens. Does trump have to sign off on this ? Can he veto ? Has he warned us about this ? Its funny you think Trump actually gives a fuck about your privacy and Civil Liberties. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 40169223 Which internet browsers don't catalogue or save your browser history? If your using a laptop or desktop even if you use a non-tracking browser or even delete your foot print.. There is a file on you system called "index.dat" that is almost impossible for a regular user to read. To read it you have to create a copy to read, reset the file permission to let you open in a day file reader as it's mostly in ASCII looking code. Then once you see the full history in that file and shrewd it you can try to delete the original only to find it replaces itself completely with all retained data. This is the file that police and gov agencies hang criminals and perks with. You can make another copy, change permissions and data line by line and save it. Now,change permissions on the original and delete it. Replace with your"clean copy" reset the permissions back to the original and exit windows Restart and read another copy to make sure it worked. Oh,and be sure to turn off system restore first and remove any old restore points first so it won't backup the old index data. I used to do computer tech, windows genius level but I have no idea how to handle indexing data on a cell phone, I would guess Google has your indexing tracks some where you can't access. |
