What Trump is doing:

Trump knows HCQ works against COVID-19.
Certain parties don't want HCQ used to treat COVID-19 for political, or other reasons.
Trump is currently publicly announcing how he is using it, to show the masses what the truth is.
And to show it's not as dangerous as a pharmaceutical as some try to claim it is.
