The only reason hydroxychloroquine plus zinc is not the go to protocol for Covid-19 is the little known Stanford Act which compels a president to defer to medical experts (CDC) during a national medical crisis.

Medical experts would rather Covid-19 not be treated in early stages of possible infections than to be treated by a protocol which has not been tested in year long studies, which will never be possible in a bio weapons attack.
