You got it backwards

Fruit actually grows on trees

Well, then your mouths are fed

Trees are free

Then, actually, money do grow on trees

"Me to.

Tried Melatonin and it works....

but I am going to try to do without it, as

it seems to keep me too DULL during the next day.

I do believe in my case, I am not getting enough

physical exercise to tire myself out.

YMMV"

UPDATE- I didn't use Melatonin last night and I am

doing better.(also got off Tylenol and went back

to Ibuprofen.)... so another factor to consider.

Perhaps it was RONNA-stress, boredom, lack of physical

activity.

The fact that we have begun to "open up" may have

lifted my spirits.

I HAVE finally started to "hand it to the Lord"

HE really is in charge !

Jesus did say repeatedly "Fear Not"

Yeah, I am a doomer! ( ; ) but I DO Trust

Jehovah God, and HIS WILL.

1mg is probably ok, but people have died mixing the two.
Maybe take 1/2 the 1mg.

Re: Issues with sleep the last few weeks?
I am having bizarre dreams every night. I wake up after each round of dreaming, wander around dazed for a few minutes, then back to sleep, back to more dreaming. During the day I get periods of deja vu, with flashes of the dreams creeping into my waking hours.

I have had some decent dreams recently. Not Sexy dreams, but interesting dreams.

Same experience, here. Not bad dreams, but vivid, unusual dreams that I remember during the day, with periods of deja vu.
