So it is not wise to project your discovered truths on others. Little is accomplished by arguing and trying to convince others that your truth is the correct one and that they should adopt it. Arguing demonstrates an elevated ego that says my truth is right and others should agree. Instead go within and discover your truths while you enjoy your path of discovery. Sharing these truths may be helpful to others who are on their own paths of discovering themselves, but individual truths should not be argued about.
Instead of arguing about what you think is true or not true, continue to go within and work on yourself. The reality around you is a reflection of you. Your reality can only be changed by changing yourself, not others. When you see faults in others, you are seeing a refection of yourself. The key is to change yourself and then watch the reality around you change as well.
Perceiving the All within yourself is critical to comprehending the unity and oneness of the universe.

But that is not a reason to abandon the quest for truth.
Should we give up on discovering more advanced mathematics simply because our AGREED UPON SYSTEM is flawed?
Of course not. That is silly. it is only through comparing and contrasting and DEMONSTRATION we can verify how much in harmony with the truth, our personal systems of understanding are.
Mathematics will continue to evolve because we DEBATE, TEST AND DEMONSTRATE, not because we give up becasue we know we can never reach the Supreme Truth of all mathematical functions in the universe.
Your problem is you don't like to be PROVEN WRONG by reason and demonstration. So you tell people to quit arguing with you and destroying your false belief system.
That is a trait of the EGO who doesn't want to let go of the comfort of the false illusions it lives in to maintain itself.
If it can be reasoned logically, tested and demonstrated, then it is in harmony with the truth... and if you don't accept it (at least until a better and more valid system of perceiving truth comes along) then you will never evolve and you will be stuck in your monkey ego, flinging pooh at anyone who tries to tell you that the square root of 64 = 8.

C'mon man... it's not hard to reason FACTS.
Jesus Christ did not teach mythology or philosophy. If you want to pretend to discuss a mythical truth and push it on people, then go join the illminaughty who use these tactics to get people to accept half truths in order to brainwash them.
Christ taught SCIENCE, and not just science but HIGHER SCIENCE OF THE MIND as it was relayed to Him from a more advanced mind.
Everything Christ taught and did can be reasoned, tested and demonstrated from the simplest FACT that we are all connected and thus we are all One Singular Web of Interaction where every part effects every other part.

Study hypnosis and you will see just how pliable reality truly is. These people alter reality all the time.
If I could meet you in person, I could change water into wine before your eyes and you would even get drunk when you drink it.
now everybody else would still see water, but I pose this question to you;
What if I hypnotized EVERYONE in the room to see the water change to wine and everyone got drunk?
What determines reality, if not collective agreement?
And with that, you have begun your journey into the mysteries and higher sciences of the mind.
REMEMBER THIS: If it can be PROVEN, through reason, testing and demonstration, then it is wise to accept the results and use them to reason further, while always maintaining the stance that if a better system is presented, then it must be accepted.
This is the journey for truth and our purpose here on earth is to LEARN AND EVOLVE.
