No... human does not move down to a brain insufficent.. but it's possible for a more advanced human to WATCH per se... from inside the animal with an energetic connection and sometimes stimulate it. Angels do this too sometimes to use the animal to AID YOU in some important way... This is why some people say the animal is an angel to the human... there can be a angel expressing....thru it ... This is a reason some people see "omens" as animals...

And sadly some invisible dark shits possess animals.. Thanks for your reply which was intended for you.. and of course anyone else that can benefit.
