Any natural herbs, spices or supplements for ADD?
I got diagnosed with ADD, the inattentive form of ADHD, meaning I'm calm but can focus on tasks, organize my everyday tasks and memorize things. I heard ADD/ADHD brains ae low on dopamine and serotine.

Are there any natural herbs, spices or supplements for ADD instead of taking meds?

L-tyrosine may help. Personally I havnt had much success with anything other than dexamphetamine but taking that every day is counter productive

Stay away from processed foods.

Red dye in foods for some reason amps this.

Start a meditation practice.

Nothing is wrong with you - you are accessing higher functions of mind that cannot deal with black and white options.

you can multitask like no one before you.

Learn to ride this beast that is your brain.

Learn to organize.

Spend some time healing your emotions.

Research how your brain is not only in your head - you have three places this function is seated in.

That will help you understand you.

Herbs and legal supplements aren’t really powerful enough to make a difference, besides maybe ephedrine but that’s just a stimulant sold as weight loss supplement.

If you don’t have an addictive personality, a prescription for amphetamines(especially Dexedrine or Vyvanse) can be immensely helpful. Only take it on days you really need to get shit done, to avoid dependency.

Asking Christ for help might work, but only if you have strong faith and love.... most prayers fail due to lack of faith and subsequent inability to channel God’s Spirit...
