Time dilation is a fairly common thing to those who are aware that time dilation is happening. It has happened to me so many times in my life that it is a natural occurring thing.

Sometimes it involves halucinations. Sometimes, very odd things happen. People can be cured in moments or have their awareness expand in ways they never experienced. Sometimes, it has to be just TRUSTED. It ALWAYS works--in time and out of time.
