The constitution says the government can make no law regarding the establishment or forbidding of a religion

It doesn't say anything about allowing them to gather in large numbers during a deadly pandemic, endangering the lives of everyone they come near.


In fact the supreme court ruled the government DOES have the right to enforce quarantines.
