Doesn't surprise me. We are marching right into it blindly. The vaccine has already been purchased by the US for 1 billion vials. Ready to disperse in October. States will make it mandatory. And, yes they have a right too. It's law. Last time this was done, was during the smallpox epidemic. So, this will be similar. Federal Government has no say in the matter. The states are running under a "police powers act" which means, they have unlimited power in interest of public health.
