I say we should drain the bunkers and see what's bolted down in the bottoms .
Quoting: Ted 78158300 Guaido says they might be carrying weapons, but I view that as propaganda meant to get us involved when we said we would not take action. The administration seems to be doing a 180 though. The fuel itself is a violation against sanctions, though. No need to make what may be baseless accusations without proof. We already have the "casus" if we want it.
