I say we should drain the bunkers and see what's bolted down in the bottoms .

The administration seems to be doing a 180 though. The fuel itself is a violation against sanctions, though. No need to make what may be baseless accusations without proof. We already have the "casus" if we want it. The United States cannot enforce it's sanctions on other nations. You didnt realize that? They can steal Irans money.
