How do we educate DOCTORS and the entire MEDICAL System that ZINC needs to be taken, when taking Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) with antibiotics?

It's a little unclear to me the purpose of the azithromycin antibiotic. Is it to prevent secondary bacterial infections or due to some anti-viral properties present in azithromycin. Will any antibiotic work?
Should the antibiotic be given as a prophylactic Zinc and HCQ or just Zinc and HCQ?
