This dude was already in a mental hospital and in trouble for assaulting staff. I'm not saying he gets a free pass on what he did put there are much more nefarious things going on here. He was put into a situation that he should have never been put in and ALLOWED to harm others both through physical beatings and possibly infecting them with the China Virus
