Wtf, don't they check on their patients? This old man was BLINDED! I REALLY hope their attorney sues everyone up to the governor for allowing a person with known behavioral issues & pending assault charges anywhere near that poor old man! Suing the center does nothing if it's government owned-but everyone on duty should be investigated, charged with neglect etc if appropriate, & personally sued if allowable by law.
