Tell me about trivial beauty in your life. What do you remember as beautiful?

I love flowers in bloom. And vegetable gardens. My now deceased older friends and family members had large vegetable gardens, and as a child I loved being in them and picking the fresh vegetables. My elderly neighbor would make us fresh soup out of whatever we picked and we'd visit for the day while she made it. The taste and smell of the soup was lovely.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77574359 Your comment about vegetable gardens triggered a sweet memory for me, of picking snap peas fresh off the vine, stuffing my face with them- better than candy, cool and refreshing.
