Listening to the creek run outside a cabin in the country where I’ve been lucky to spend time in the past.

Riding out to feed the cows at dusk on my friend’s ranch...something about how everything smelled, being close to the earth, surrounded by oak trees and grass...I don’t remember ever feeling that way before or since...calm and primal at the same time.

The way my little baby’s fingers used to curl around mine when they were very small.

My child’s faces when they’re totally absorbed in doing something that lights them up inside.

The pleasurable feeling of kneading bread dough by hand...

Hearing a song that touches my soul for the first time...

People should do this exercise daily. I already feel gratitude welling up for all the beautiful things that have touched my life. Blessings to you OP.
