I think it's regional shortages. They are rotating the supplies.
I'm in SoCal and in the last 3 weeks we have plenty of everything. Even TPs and paper products are back on the shelves.
You might have to go out on your own to get your supplies. Stores seemingly can't fulfill the online orders but if you step in the store they have most. :)
